The Story
This is a service design project for the Old Boy restaurant in Brussels, Belgium, which is an unique food sharing asiatique bistrot. Service Design by definition is the activity of planning and arranging people, infrastructure, communication and material components of a service in order to improve its quality, and the interaction between the service provider and its users. Redesiging the dining experience of the Old Boy restaurant in Brussels with the clientele in mind was an exercise in understanding and deep empathy and of how effective the tools for service design are when applied in this construct.
